Leader or Follower
Every leader was once a follower. A leader is versatile and is willing to assume different roles based on what is required whereas a follower only follow instructions provided to him/her. A leader is the first to try new things and create strategies that the rest of the people follow known as followers. You know you are a follower when you’re constantly counting on your friends and colleagues to assist and guide to your dreams. Followers are hesitant to explore and need somebody backing them as a result of they have to be assured they’re not alone during a state of affairs. A leader, on the opposite hand, will his own analysis whereas learning from others at an equivalent time and isn’t afraid to require new challenges that take a look at their capabilities.

Even if you do become a leader in the future you are still following someone to become who you are and will still be following who you admire. You need to become a follower before you become a leader so you can learn from others mistakes and don’t repeat them.
I think both being a leader and being a follower have their merits, since leaders create their own ways, at much greater risk but they are also more responsible, and put themselves at a greater risk than followers, ought to one thing get it wrong and at an equivalent time if the strategy is a success, the leader scoops up the foremost credit.
